Shotokan Karate Stance Sticks Stance Sticks are now available to buy. They are are a brand new idea to Shotokan Karate training and are one of the most important aids to home and dojo practice alongside punch bags and kick pads. They ensure that when you practice  your techniques you are doing the  very best you can.   They make practice harder - but they make you improve.   They increase strength to your legs, improve your balance  and co-ordination and make all your Karate moves  generally stronger.   The Stance Stick simply slips around the knot of your belt then ensures your leg positions are  correct, depending on which technique you are performing.  It’s easier not to use a Stance Stick, but every part of your training will improve if you do.  To order your Stance Stick please use the order form below.
